1. Who we are

The add-on and the service are run by RDY Technology ("RDY" or "we").

2. What the add-on is

The add-on is software files copied to a USB stick that let supported DJ players show song titles, artists and folders in Hebrew and Arabic, and a search keyboard in Hebrew, Arabic and English. The supported players and the firmware versions that fit are listed on the site, and may change.

The add-on does not change playback, your music files or the player's menus, beyond showing the names and the keyboard.

3. We are not the maker

RDY is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Pioneer DJ, AlphaTheta Corporation, their importer in Israel or any other maker. The add-on is not an official product of the maker, and the maker does not support it. The players' names and trademarks belong to their owners and are named only to say which players the add-on is for.

4. The licence

On payment we grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the add-on on one player only: the player whose serial number is in the licence. The licence does not give you ownership of the add-on.

You may not copy the add-on to another player, distribute, sell or rent it, take it apart, change it, get round the licence lock, or try to do any of these. A breach ends the licence at once, without a refund.

The licence may be passed on only together with the player, and only through the ownership transfer in the customer area: sold the player? Open a transfer to the buyer there, and they accept it in an account of their own. Once the buyer accepts, the licence is theirs and ends for you, including its downloads from your account. A loading screen of your own ordered for the licence does not pass to the buyer.

5. Installing and using it is at your own risk

You install and use the add-on, including any installation step in our instructions, entirely at your own risk. Follow the instructions exactly, check before installing that the player and its firmware version are supported, and back up your music files.

Plugging the stick into a player that is on may restart the player and stop what is playing. Do not install or plug in the add-on during a performance. Test it before every event.

6. The maker's warranty

We make no statement and give no undertaking about the maker's or the importer's warranty for your player, or about how installing or using the add-on affects it. That is for the maker or the importer alone to decide. Check it with them yourself before installing.

7. The add-on as it is

The add-on and the service are provided as is (AS IS) and as available. We do not promise that the add-on suits any particular purpose, works without interruption or faults, shows every name correctly, or will fit future players, firmware or versions from the maker.

We may change or update the add-on, or stop supporting a player or a firmware version.

8. Limitation of liability

As far as the law permits, RDY, its owners and its staff are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special or incidental damage of any kind in connection with the add-on, installing it, using it or being unable to use it, including: damage to the player, the stick or other equipment, a player fault, loss or corruption of files and data, stopped playback, a cancelled or failed event, loss of income or profit, and harm to reputation.

If we are held liable nonetheless, our total liability to you for any reason will not exceed the amount you paid us for the licence.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify RDY, its owners and its staff for any damage, expense, claim or demand, including legal fees, caused by a breach of these terms, by using the add-on other than as instructed, or by giving false details.

10. Registration

When registering you must give true and complete details, your player's correct serial number, and real photos of the serial-number sticker and of the purchase invoice. We may check the details and the photos, ask for more, and refuse a registration without giving reasons, for example when the serial number is not supported or misuse is suspected.

11. Payment and cancellation

The price is the one shown on the site when you register, and the ways to pay are given to you once your registration is approved. The licence is issued once the payment has arrived.

Cancelling a purchase is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations. The licence is information as defined in the Computers Law, 5755-1995, made for your player only. Once the licence file has been delivered to you, the right to cancel is limited as far as the law permits.

12. Intellectual property

All rights in RDY's add-on, code, design, texts and videos belong to RDY. They may not be copied or used without written permission.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current text is always on this page, with the date it was updated. The consent you gave when registering is kept together with the exact text you were shown at that moment.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and every matter connected with the add-on are governed by the laws of the State of Israel only. The competent courts of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
