FAQ
What DJs ask before they pay
How do I pay?
Pick a package, get bank-transfer details and a WhatsApp number. Once the payment lands, the DMG team approves (usually within hours) and the pool opens instantly — no refresh.
What happens when the monthly quota runs out?
It resets every 30 days from approval. Need more mid-cycle? Buy a credit pack — credits never expire and are used only after the monthly quota.
The download failed or I lost the file?
Re-downloading the same track within 24 hours is free — same file. After that it costs a credit, with a warning first.
What is the personal watermark?
An inaudible acoustic mark unique to each download and the account that made it. It doesn't change the sound or affect playback — it only makes a leaked file traceable. That keeps the pool exclusive to paying members.
Can I sign in from several devices?
Yes — studio, gig laptop and phone, no limit. The account is personal; sharing sign-in details cancels it.
How do I cancel?
Within 14 days of approval, if you haven't downloaded yet — cancellation and refund per the Consumer Protection Law. Once you've downloaded, the service counts as delivered. Full details in the terms.
Which format and quality?
Full-quality MP3 (320kbps) with clean tags (title, artist, BPM, key, artwork) — ready to import into any DJ software.
