Terms of Service

Updated 14 Sept 2026

Welcome to DMG — a remix and edit pool for DJs. Using the site and the service is subject to these terms. Signing up, requesting a subscription or downloading means you accept them.

1. Definitions

"DMG" / "we" — DMG, the company operating the service. "Service" — the site, catalog, player, downloads and panel. "Member" — a registered user with an active subscription. "Content" — remixes, edits, versions, artwork and previews in the pool.

2. Eligibility

The service is for DJs and music professionals aged 18+. By signing up you confirm the details you provide (full name, email, phone) are true. An account is personal; using it from several of your own devices is fine, sharing sign-in details is not.

3. Subscription, payment and approval

A subscription is bought by choosing a package on the site and paying by bank transfer using the details shown after sending the request. The subscription opens only after the DMG team confirms payment. DMG may approve, adjust (e.g. package or period, with your consent) or decline a request and will notify you by email and on the site.

Each package includes a download quota per cycle (30 days from approval) for the period purchased. Unused quota does not roll over. Separately purchased credits never expire but can only be used while a subscription is active. An extension made while a subscription is active is added to the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (distance selling), a subscription may be cancelled within 14 days of approval provided no download was made under it. In that case the payment is refunded minus the statutory cancellation fee (5% or ₪100, whichever is lower). Once a download has been made the service is considered delivered and no refund is given, unless the law requires otherwise. Cancellation requests are sent in writing to the contact details below.

5. Content licence

With every download you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for playing in your work as a DJ (events, clubs, sets). You may not: copy it to others, sell it, upload it to the web or sharing services, include it in other pools, broadcast it as a recording, remove or attempt to remove identification marks, or use it for any commercial purpose other than personal DJ performance.

6. Personal watermark and enforcement

Every file downloaded from the pool carries an inaudible acoustic signature unique to the download and the account that made it. A file that leaks online or to a third party can be traced to the original account. Leaking or breaching the licence leads to account termination without refund, and DMG reserves the right to take legal action, including claims for damages.

7. Copyright

The pool's content consists of remixes and edits created by or licensed to DMG. Rights in the content and the site belong to DMG and to the rights holders of the original works. Public performance of music at events and venues is subject to the venue's or performer's public-performance licences (e.g. ACUM and the recording federations) — that responsibility lies with the DJ and the venue and is not included in the subscription.

8. Availability and changes

DMG aims to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee it. Maintenance breaks, catalog changes (adding, removing or replacing files), price and package changes (never affecting approved subscriptions) and changes to these terms may occur. Material changes are announced on the site.

9. Blocking and termination

DMG may block or terminate an account for breaching these terms, attempting to bypass protection mechanisms, account sharing, or behaviour that harms the service or other users. No refund is given when blocked for a breach.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided AS IS. DMG is not liable for indirect or consequential damage or loss of income arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. DMG's liability is in any case limited to the amount paid for the subscription in the six months preceding the event.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Contact
