Privacy Policy

DMG respects your privacy. This document explains what we collect, why, where it is stored and what your rights are — under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.
What we collect
At sign-up: full name, email address, phone number and preferred language. In use: request and subscription history, downloads (including the download id embedded in the file), plays, likes, display preferences, IP address and browser type. When you contact us: the content of the message.
Why we use it
To run the service (approving subscriptions, managing quotas, downloads), send operational messages (approval, reminders before the subscription ends), secure the pool (personal watermark and leak detection), improve the service and meet legal obligations. No marketing mail without explicit consent.
Where it is stored
Data lives in Supabase services in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) under standard security practices, encrypted in transit and at rest. Audio files are kept in private storage that is not directly reachable.
Who it is shared with
Only with processors required to run the service: storage and database (Supabase), email delivery, and DMG's audio-processing server. Processors are bound to protect the data and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses essential cookies only (sign-in session) and browser local storage for preferences (view, accessibility, the catalog for instant search). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Download and payment records are kept as long as the law requires (accounting, rights enforcement). Personal files created for a download are deleted automatically after 72 hours.
Your rights
You may access the data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion (subject to legal retention duties) and object to certain uses. Contact us via the details on the site; we answer within 30 days.
Security
Access to data is limited to the DMG team and protected by two-factor authentication. Every admin action is logged. If we discover a security incident we will notify you and the Privacy Protection Authority as the law requires.
Minors
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data about minors.
Changes
We update this policy from time to time; the update date appears above. Material changes are announced on the site.
