What DJs ask before they pay
How do I pay?
Pick a package and get the payment details (bank transfer) and a WhatsApp number. Once the payment lands, the DMG team approves (usually within hours) and the pool opens instantly, no refresh.
What happens when the monthly quota runs out?
It resets every 30 days from approval. Need more mid-cycle? Buy a credit pack: credits never expire and are used only after the monthly quota.
The download failed or I lost the file?
Re-downloading the same track within 24 hours is free (same file). After that it costs a credit, with a warning first.
What is the personal watermark?
An inaudible acoustic mark unique to each download and the account that made it. It doesn't change the sound or affect playback; it only makes a leaked file traceable. That keeps the pool exclusive to paying members.
Can I sign in from several devices?
Yes: studio, gig laptop and phone, no limit. The account is personal; sharing sign-in details cancels it.
How do I cancel?
Within 14 days of approval, if you haven't downloaded yet, you can cancel and get a refund under the Consumer Protection Law. Once you've downloaded, the service counts as delivered. Full details in the terms.
